• A few pictures representing your club and activities. Be sure that you send me a list of names of every face on the pictures.
• A description of your club, about a paragraph or so. What you have on your MySpace is a good start. A brief history and goals for your club should be included.
• Your officers and sponsor, including e-mail contact information.
• Schedule of upcoming events. Send me updates and additions as you get them.
