Very excited for our kids to share their learning & growth so far this year with families at our annual Data & Donuts event! Please make plans to join us next week for this event!
Data & Donuts: Please join us on Thursday, March 28th, for Data & Donuts! Students will be sharing their current data with families, families will participate in a fun class activity, & all will enjoy donuts! See the flyer below for each grade level time at this event. If you would like to skip the line to get a visitor badge at our front office, please come by any time next week (before the event start time) and our front office staff will pre-scan your ID for a quicker entry on the day of Data & Donuts!
PTA Movie Night: We have our 2nd annual Family Movie Night of the year coming up TONIGHT, March 22nd @6:00pm. Gnomeo & Juliet will be showing for your viewing pleasure! Bring your entire family out to enjoy this fun, free event! PTA will have concessions for purchase.
Families in attendance will be entered to win a gift card donated by Rose Heights Community Church! Be there a few minutes before the show to grab your concessions, enter to win a gift card, and shop the book fair. We hope to see all of our families there!
2023-2024 Yearbook: Exciting news! We are starting orders for our campus yearbook! This year, the cover of our yearbook will be designed by one of our Clarkston students! If you would like to purchase a yearbook so that your student has a keepsake for the year and can collect signatures from classmates on the last week of school, you can order using the link below. Yearbooks will be delivered to students during the last 2 weeks of school (May 13-24). Online ordering ends April 8, 2024.

April 8th Solar Eclipse: Thanks for our amazing PTA, all of our students and staff will receive a pair of approved solar eclipse glasses on April 8th. Our teachers have many fun, educational opportunities planned for this date to ensure our students have memorable, safe, and engaging memories from this day. I will be sending home a letter next week further detailing the day and giving parents the option to opt their student out of the activities (if wanted). Please be on the look out for the letter next week.

Arrival Procedures
ALL students should enter campus through the cafeteria doors each morning. Only students and staff are allowed to enter through the cafeteria doors. Breakfast will be served in the cafeteria, and is free to all students, from 7:00am-7:45am. Any student arriving to campus after 7:50am will need to have a parent walk them in through the front entrance doors.
Dismissal Procedures:
Parents should complete an After-School Action Plan(with classroom teacher) so that teachers and staff have a written plan for each student. Parents must call the front office or submit a written request for student dismissal changes by 2:30 p.m. each day.
Students in grades pre-k, kindergarten, and first will not be allowed to dismiss as "walkers". They must have an older sibling at Clarkston to walk home with them.
Parents may pick up their child by signing him/her out through the office (before 2:30pm). Students will be released only to persons listed for student pick-up. Anyone picking up a student shall be required to show valid identification. When possible, schedule appointments during non-school times (After school, Student Holidays…)
