Dear Husky PACK Community,

As the principal of Hubbard Middle School, I am excited to welcome you to another school year, this time in our brand-new building! I will be starting my 16th year in education, all at Tyler ISD, and this is my second year leading the  Hubbard PACK. Having served as an administrator at the high school, elementary, and now middle school level, I not only know what your students come to middle school knowing, but what they need to know in order to be successful when leaving Hubbard. As I tell my students and teachers, "the finish line at Hubbard is the starting line at Tyler Legacy."

At Hubbard, we have a strong staff and student culture that focuses on more than just academics. With our Positive Behavior Intervention Systems, clubs, and AVID implementation, we motivate students to focus on becoming successful in life in addition to their academics.

We also believe that a strong partnership between school, home, and the community is essential for student success. One key to this is our strong PTA and church partnerships that selflessly serve your students and their teachers. This year, I will remind you that "it starts with you," and I strongly encourage you to get involved in your student's education by creating an online parent portal account where you can assist us in monitoring your students grades and attendance. 

As a PACK guardian, I thank you for your continued support and dedication to your child's education. By partnering together, we can ensure this year is the best ever at Hubbard Middle School.
