In order for a student to qualify for final exam exemptions in spring 2025, student must meet the following criteria:

- ​ As and Bs in all classes for the Spring Semester
*3rd 9 Weeks Grade  
*Progress Report #8 (2nd Progress report of the 4th 9 Weeks.)
*AP/Dual Credit Exams CANNOT be exempted

- 15 or fewer unexcused period absences for the Spring Semester
PB absences are considered unexcused.  Some typical examples of excused absences are: MD (doctor note provided), IL (parent call/ email in within 3 business days of Illness), CVS (College visits for juniors and seniors only, up to 2, with appropriate documentation submitted within 3 days), Drivers License Appt (with appropriate documentation), FT (field trips are excused), FD (Family Death).

- 6 or fewer tardies for the Spring Semester 

- No more than 1 day in ISS in the Spring Semester 

The Application form will be made available Monday, April 28, 2025

• The deadline to submit this form for Seniors is Friday, May 2, 2025. 

• The deadline to submit this form for students in Grades 9-11 is Friday, May 9, 2025.

The Application form will close Friday, May 9, 2025
