Emergency Grants
Program Overview: Emergency Grants provide the Tyler ISD Foundation with a means to fund short-term unexpected needs of a campus, department, or the District. A short-term need shall be defined as an unforeseen need not covered by the budget or present financial resources of the campus/department/district which may cause the possibility of a disruption of a program or service.
The number of Emergency Grants awarded will depend on the merit of requests and the amount of funds available.
Grant Applications Open: October 28, 2024
Grant Applications Due Date: Applications can be submitted at any time throughout the school year.
Grant Application: All applications are to be submitted electronically using the Tyler ISD Foundation Online Grant Portal.
Eligible Applicants: Applicants must be a Tyler ISD employee and serve the district in a professional capacity that involves the direct instruction of students (e.g. teacher, librarian, counselor, special education instructor).
Grant Award Levels: Any amount may be requested
