Trane Technologies - Project Scientist Diversity. Equity. Steam.

This summer, Tyler ISD female students (age 4 to 12) had the incredible opportunity to participate in an empowering summer camp. This transformative program was made possible through a collaborative partnership between Trane Technologies, Project Scientist, and Tyler ISD. Over the course of the camp, these young girls were immersed in a dynamic learning environment that encouraged them to explore the wonders of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM). Through hands-on experiments, interactive workshops, and engaging activities, the girls were inspired to dream big and embrace their potential as future leaders and innovators.

The camp not only ignited their passion for STEM but also nurtured their self-confidence, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. Additionally, the girls had the opportunity to interact with female mentors from diverse STEM backgrounds who served as powerful role models, showcasing the endless possibilities that await them in these fields. As the summer camp ended, it was evident that these young participants had not only expanded their knowledge but also formed lasting friendships and a newfound belief in their own capabilities.
