Tyler Legacy senior Sam Chesnut has plans to join the UT Tyler Bass Team next year. Sam will receive a $2,000 academic scholarship each year at UT Tyler - ($8,000 total).
He has already won a $500 college scholarship for finishing 2nd in a bass tournament this past year. He is also a State Qualifier from last year and a Regional Qualifier for this year with two tournaments remaining.
