The Tyler Legacy High School Southern Belle Officers for the 2022-2023 school year had a blast at Encore Creative Production’s Dance Camp in Frisco. From June 2nd - 5th, Southern Belle Officers attended master classes and leadership workshops with other drill team officers from across Texas.
The girls participated in technique classes taught by professional dancers and choreographers and learned how to effectively lead their team in the upcoming school year through the camp’s leadership training.
The Southern Belle Officers received blue ribbons for both of their performances and a specialty polish award, in which only a few are chosen!
Tyler ISD is excited to watch these officers lead the Southern Belle Drill Team well in the upcoming school year. You can watch the Southern Belle’s during their halftime performances at Tyler Legacy High School football games this fall.
