This week on campus, we were able to celebrate the hard work of our teachers from beginning of the year until now. We are so thankful to have an amazing teaching staff and supportive families at Clarkston! If you have a moment to send a quick note of appreciation to your child's teacher, please do so-they deserve all the praise and gratitude! Thank you, families, for supporting our school, staff, and students.
PTA Valentine Dance: Our PTA is excited to host their annual Valentine Dance again for families this year on Friday, February 17th! Please see the flyer below for time, & additional details. All students in attendance must be accompanied by an adult.
Living Wax Museum: We are so excited for our students to showcase a historical leader, of their choosing, at our Living Wax Museum on Thursday, February 23, 2023, from 5:30pm-6:30pm. See the flyer below for more details. Contact your child's teacher if you have any additional questions. Please make plans to join us!

Transfer Application: The transfer window is now open. If your student is currently a transfer student at Clarkston and you would like them to attend school at Clarkston for the 23-24 school year, please fill out the Tyler ISD transfer application. Students currently on transfers will be sent home this application and should return the application no later than March 1, 2023. If you have any questions about the transfer process or application window, please contact our front office.

Cougar Nation Reminders:
--Please drop off by 7:50am. Our tardy bell rings at that time & we want our Cougars ready to learn with us! The cafeteria entrance is open from 7:00am-7:50am. Any students arriving after 7:50am must come to the front entrance and be checked in at the front office by an adult.
--All visitors must check in at the front office and have a valid ID with them.
--We cannot release students after 2:30pm due to dismissal procedures. If you have appointments, please make arrangements to pick up by this time or you will be asked to wait until dismissal at 3:10pm.
