Congratulations to Daniel Guy, 5th grader at Clarkston Elementary School, for being named the District Elementary Student of the Month for April.
Daniel excels in and beyond the classroom—he loves learning and that is evident in the effort he puts in on a daily basis. He serves in a campus role as a kindergarten leader, assisting in kindergarten classrooms & mentoring some of the youngest Cougars on campus.
Here’s what his teachers have to say about him: Daniel is always “proactive” in class and volunteers to help with other classroom jobs. He enjoys making sure his teacher and classmates are ready for the day’s lesson as the classroom leader.
