Thank you, families & PTA, for helping us celebrate our amazing teachers and staff this week during teacher & staff appreciation week! They definitely felt the love this week! Field Day was a BLAST! Thanks to all of our parents who attended and Hubbard Middle School volunteers for your support! Our Facebook page captures all of the fun of this day! We hope to see all of our families at the PTA Chuck E Cheese Spirit Night tonight! Join us anytime from 3:30pm-9:00pm to have some fun with your family & Clarkston friends while helping PTA raise money for our school!

Celebrate Freedom Week is next week-May 13th-17th! Join us in some fun dress up days as we learn more about the history of the United States and celebrate our great country! See flyer below for dress up days.

The last 2 weeks of school bring several fun events to our kids! Career day comes to us next week on Friday, May 17th. Be sure to check out our Facebook page to see the awesome opportunities your student experiences during this event!

PTA Spirit Night @ Chuck E Cheese: Friday, May 10th, 3:30pm-8:00pm. Please join us for a night of fun & fundraising at Chuck E Cheese. Flyers & coupons to use at the event should be sent home with your student next week. Come out and help us raise money for our school!

Academy Awards: Join us as we celebrate accomplishments of all our students during grade level award ceremonies! See graphic below with dates and times for each ceremony.

Pre-K Promotion Ceremony: Thursday, May 23rd, 9:00am. Please join us as we celebrate a year of growth and learning for our pre-k Cougars! This event will be held in the Clarkston cafe. All visitors must check in at the front office & bring a valid ID. To help us keep our facility in top shape, we ask that guests do not bring balloons or confetti into the cafe for the ceremony.

5th Grade Promotion Ceremony: Thursday, May 23rd, 1:30pm. Please join us as we celebrate our 5th graders' end of an era in elementary school! This event will be held in the Clarkston cafe. All visitors must check in at the front office & bring a valid ID. To help us keep our facility in top shape, we ask that guests do not bring balloons or confetti into the cafe for the ceremony.

End of Year Parties: Friday, May 24th. See flyer below for grade level party times. Contact your child's teacher with any questions about grade level parties. Parents are welcome to attend parties--you must check in with front office & receive a visitor badge before going to the parties.

Early Release Day: Friday, May 24th. Students will be released @12:30pm on this day. Boys and Girls Club(BGC) will NOT be open on the 24th--any students who attend BGC will need an alternative plan for dismissal @12:30 on this day.

Arrival Procedures

ALL students should enter campus through the cafeteria doors each morning. Only students and staff are allowed to enter through the cafeteria doors. Breakfast will be served in the cafeteria, and is free to all students, from 7:00am-7:45am. Any student arriving to campus after 7:50am will need to have a parent walk them in through the front entrance doors.
