Today we celebrated Career Day in which our students rotated through stations to learn more about possible careers after high school.
Hosting a career day at schools is crucial for preparing students for their future by exposing them to various professions and the skills required for different career paths. This event helps students make informed decisions about their education and careers by connecting academic learning to real-world applications, thereby enhancing their engagement and motivation.
Career days also teach essential networking skills, build confidence, and highlight the importance of soft skills like teamwork and adaptability. Additionally, career days foster community partnerships, leading to opportunities such as internships and mentorships, ultimately equipping students with the knowledge and inspiration needed to succeed in the job market.
Thank you to everyone who volunteered their spare time to share their vocation with our students! | ||
