A busy week coming up next week! We hope that you will support our school in having your child join in on our Attendance Awareness dress up days, PTA spirit week @LOCAL car wash, & Clarkston Spirit Night @ the Legacy Football game on Friday, 9/27. See all the information below for more details.
Attendance Awareness:
If your child is out due to a medical appointment or sickness, please call the front office and bring in a doctor note within 3 days of the absence. This codes your child's absence as "excused" and keeps you in good stating with state attendance laws.

Clarkston PTA Spirit Week @ LOCAL Car Wash:
Help PTA raise funds for student events and get a clean car...that's a win-win! Stop by LOCAL Car Wash, on South Broadway by Kohls, September 23rd-27th and wash your car! A portion of your car wash fees will be donated to Clarkston. Thank you for supporting our school!
Pizza by the Slice:
Our first Pizza by the Slice day is coming up! Friday, September 27th. ALL money is due no later than Wednesday, September 25th @11am. We cannot make exceptions to the due date/time due to ordering processes with our pizza vendor. Students are not allowed to have individual pizzas delivered to our front offices on these days. If you have any questions or concerns about this, please contact me. The pizza slices are the larger slice size, are $2 each, and are delivered to students @2pm on the day of the event.
Clarkston Spirit Night @Rose Stadium:
Please join us as we cheer on our Tyler Legacy Red Raiders as they face Rockwall-Heath on Friday, September 27th! Students will meet Mrs. Cureton & other Clarkston staff members at the gates to enter the field (home side) @7:05pm. Updated flyer for this event below!
PTA Spirit Gear Sales:
We anticipate a September 27th delivery date for PTA spirit gear purchased in August. As soon as the spirit gear is delivered, PTA will sort and distribute gear to students at school . I will send out messages to families when spirit gear is delivered to students.
