From this program, Tyler ISD students can go directly into the field of employment, completing the cycle of student success from Career & Technical Education into a promising career.

Career and Technical Education (CTE) in the plumbing pathway provides students with invaluable knowledge and hands-on skills that significantly enhance their employability and career prospects. By engaging in comprehensive training at the Career & Technology Center (CTC), students learn essential plumbing techniques, safety protocols, and problem-solving skills that are critical in the industry. This specialized education equips them with the ability to troubleshoot and repair plumbing systems efficiently, making them highly sought after by employers. As the demand for skilled plumbers continues to grow due to increasing infrastructure needs and aging systems, CTC graduates are well-prepared to enter the workforce, often securing well-paying positions with ample opportunities for advancement. Additionally, the practical experience gained through CTE programs fosters confidence and professionalism, ensuring that students are not only job-ready but also capable of contributing to the community's plumbing needs.
