Dixie ES: Dear Dixie Family, As our school is implementing a whole-school transformational process called the Leader in Me. We will be conducting surveys to learn more about key areas of strength and areas of needed growth in our school. In order for us to have a holistic picture of what is going on in our school, we are asking all parents/guardians to participate. You will be asked to complete a survey (without sharing your name or other identifying information) that will be available through the web link below. https://www.leaderinme.com/s/dixie-elementary-school/families. Please complete the MRA by April 4th. Thank You, Mrs. Parada, School Counselor

Dixie Parents and Guardians, Tomorrow our 3rd-5th grade students will take their Reading Benchmark exam. We treat this exam like STAAR and will have a closed campus for that purpose. This means visitors are not allowed on campus, even for lunch. Students testing should arrive no later than 7:50. Testing begins at 8. This is an all day test, so please don't pick testers up early. If you want to deliver lunch to your child, you will need to drop it off at the front office. Be sure to have your child get enough rest so they are ready to tackle their test tomorrow. Thank you for your support in our students' success!
