Wristband and Ticket Pre-Sales - A $15 wristband for unlimited activities, $5 meal tickets, and raffle tickets will be on sale during Friday lunch, online for pick up at Friday lunch, or by cash or card at the event. Raffle
We will have a drawing for items Friday night including a pizza party for up to 10 students, lunch with a principal, VIP seating at 8th grade graduation and more! If you have an item you would like to donate, please see the sponsor form attached. Tickets will be sold for $5 a chance or $20 for 5 chances. (Need not be present to win.)
Sponsorships
The Hot Dog Supper is our big annual fundraiser and proceeds allow PTA to purchase classroom supplies, school equipment and student incentives. Sponsor levels, benefits and ways to pay are listed on the attached form.
Donations
Canned drinks and bottled waters, individual bags of chips, and individual desserts (candy bars, bags of cookies, snack cakes, etc.) will be collected by the front office. Please bring donated items by Wednesday, September 28.
Volunteers
Be part of the fun and work a game, serve food, or sell tickets. There are opportunities to help in advance, too.
