Students in Ms. Veatch’s College and Career Readiness class begin independent research on their top three potential career options. They also are creating a “Highlight Me”’ presentation that include skills, passions, interests, etc. to assist in their future careers. The doctor is in! Students in Ms. Modesitt’s 7th grade Science class had a celebrity guest: Dr. Sanchez is a pathologist and he gave a lesson on cells. A pathologist is a doctor that looks at cells through a microscope and identifies cancerous cells and what not. So perfect for the unit they are covering! Our Huskies were glued to his every word! 8th grade Social Studies students in Mr. H and Coach Harvard’s classes had a blast engaging in colonial trade, through The Mercantilism Game! ⚓️💰👑⚜️ Go Huskies! 🧡
