Legacy students who were recognized at College Board Ceremony

Tyler Legacy High School held a reception for four commended students who scored in the top 3-5% in the nation on the PSAT/NMSQT test. They also received a commendation from the National Merit Scholarship Corporation (NMSC).

Tyler Legacy commended students are seniors Nathaniel Jennings, Colten Edelman, Riley Jones, and Rushil Sajjan.

Additionally, dozens of other students received College Board recognition by meeting the following criteria: 

  • Students must identify as African American/Black, Hispanic/Latinx, or Indigenous or attend high school in a rural area or small town. 
  • Students must have a GPA of 3.5 or above. 
  • Students must score in the top 10% of their community PSAT/NMSQT or PSAT 10 test takers.
