Our Legacy staff of the month is Shelly Senter. Ms. Senter was voted on by the staff of Legacy for her outstanding work in and out of the classrooms with students. Shelly is a master at building relationships with her students and coworkers and is adored by all at Legacy.
"I am so excited to be celebrating my 9th year with Tyler ISD and my first year as a Red Raider teaching Senior Seminar. My daughter, Lizzy Tucker, is currently a junior at Texas State University and a REL class of 2020 alumni. You may have seen her on stage staring as Gabriella (High School Musical), Morticia (Adams Family), Millie (Thoroughly Modern Mille), or Velma Kelly (Chicago). My favorite thing about Legacy High School is the positive atmosphere and overall good nature of the students, especially my AMAZING seniors! Their creativity and youthful pursuits to make a difference is inspiring and fills me with hope for our future. I am honored and blessed to be able to help this generation find their place and purpose in our world."
