The speech and debate team competed in the UIL Congress regional tournament in Center on Tuesday, November 8. The Legacy debate team took 1st - 5th and will be representing the region at State Congress in January
The results were:
Jack Bergfeld - 1st place. Region champion
McKenna Lloyd - 2nd place
Colten Edelman - 3rd place, and First place Presiding officer
Ayaan Ansari - 4th place. 1st Alternate.
Jawhar Yasin - 5th place, second alternate
