We're having a great day here in Mustang Country! Three teacher teams received grants from the Tyler ISD Foundation today. We're excited to use these resources to enhance the educational opportunities for our students. Way to go, Mustangs.

5th Grade Recruitment Night is an exciting opportunity for all 5th grade students and parents in the district that are interested in coming to Moore. We will have performances by the band, cheerleaders, choir, and orchestra along with a presentation about our Math, Science, and Technology offerings at Moore.
The Moore Mustangs are grateful to have raised over $1,900 to purchase "Toys for Tots" and bring joy to kids in need this Christmas.

Moore's Student Council is once again hosting a coin drive., "Clash of Coins", to benefit Toys for Tots, an organization that helps spread Christmas joy for local families in need. All money collected will be used by our Student Council representatives to purchase gifts that will then be delivered. This is also a friendly competition, with prizes awarded to the top three performing A2 classes as well as individual drawings. All coins count as positive points for an A2 class while all paper (bills and checks) count as negative points to take away from another class. The drive runs through Friday, December 10. Thank you for your support!

BASKETBALL ATTENDANCE ANNOUNCEMENT
We are looking forward to having parents and families on campus during basketball season to cheer on our teams. Please note that all students must be accompanied by an adult when attending basketball games. The student will only be allowed to remain at the game as long as the adult is present. This will ensure that all of our students make it home safely at the completion of the game. Be aware that other middle schools have a similar policy. If your child would like to attend the game, please make plans to accompany them.

In the first race of the season at the Pine Tree Invitational, the Moore cross country team started off strong! Big congratulations to Mason Maldonado for finishing 1st out of 235 runners!
