Students with 100 items for 100th day

Orr Elementary recently marked an exciting milestoneβ€”the 100th day of school! This annual celebration brought joy, creativity, and school-wide fun as students and staff came together to reflect on how far they’ve come in their journey of learning.

The day was packed with engaging activities to highlight the importance of reaching this milestone. Students dressed up as their β€œ100-year-old” selves, showcasing creativity and humor with their imaginative costumes. From gray hair and glasses to canes and cardigans, the hallways were filled with laughter and excitement!

Classrooms participated in fun, hands-on projects that focused on the number 100. Younger students created collections of 100 items, from beads to buttons, while older students worked on math challenges, writing prompts, and art projects inspired by the theme. Teachers also organized games and activities to promote teamwork and celebrate student achievements so far this school year.

The 100th-day celebration was not just about numbersβ€”it was a chance to reflect on the progress, friendships, and memories built since the first day of school. At Orr Elementary, we are so proud of our students’ hard work and perseverance as they continue growing and learning each day.

Here’s to the next 100 days of success! πŸŽ‰πŸŽ“ #100DaysSmarter
