The Owens PE Rodeo gates opened this morning and included the following events: Team roping, barrel racing, bull riding, cutting horses, cowboy cards, and a cow pie toss. Country music kept our Eagles dancing and some even learned the Cotton Eyed Joe! 💙🤠🎶
