Round 2 of Free Enterprise today in 8th grade social studies. Safe to say, we definitely have some future entrepreneurs walking these halls. They all did an amazing job!
Thank you to all who came out to celebrate our 🎼Beginner Band Showcase! The audience had the opportunity to see all of the hard work our 🐊Gators have put in during their classes since their last showcase. The showcase featured performances by the following classes: flutes, clarinets, saxophones🎷, trumpets🎺, trombones, tubas/euphoniums, and percussion🥁 followed by a full band finale with audience participation🔔🎶. Go Gator Band!
7th grade science got to extract DNA from strawberries today for their genetics unit! 🔎🐊🧬
Mrs. Labeau’s 7th grade math classes reviewed for their unit test over similar shapes by earning money by answering questions, and buying stuff at the class store!
Miss Arrington’s 6th graders learned about ratios using Froot Loops! The class elf even got in on the action! 😂❤️
🕶️ His future is so bright, he’s got to wear shades! Mr. Rebollar was the brightest in the bunch today but it was a CLOSE one! Congrats!! 🎉

Our friendly 📺KETK/FOX51 meteorologist Carson Vickroy took a day out of the office to talk with our 8th grade 🐊TLMS students about being a 🌡meteorologist and reviewed some ☀️weather concepts for the ongoing Weather Unit in 🧑🔬Science classes. Vickroy’s weather joke: “Today’s forecast is sunny… unless it rains.”🤣🌦 Thanks for coming out!
