We had a great day of professional development at The Swamp! We even had a couple of choice sessions like walking on the trail and spin class at One Ride Cycle in Flint. We know physical health and mental health go hand in hand. We had a blast learning, leading, and preparing for our 🐊's to return tomorrow!
