π What a great night in the swamp for our boys basketball teams! 7th grade teams swept Judson with 20 point plus leads. 8th grade A team fought hard but came up short at the very end. 8th B came out victorious after a series of back and forth free throws! Our boys all played hard and left it all on the court. Great job Gators! π

Thereβs nothing quite like the moment an educator receives kind words from a student or their family. For educators, these moments are reminders of the impact theyβre makingβoften in ways they donβt even realize. Families and students, your words hold power. They validate the late nights spent planning lessons, the extra time spent helping a struggling learner, and the unwavering commitment to creating a safe, welcoming space for every child. These expressions of gratitude are pure gold in a teacherβs world.

One of the best parts of my day as a principal? Making positive phone calls home. Itβs such a simple gesture, but it brings joy to everyone involvedβstudents, families, and me. Hearing the joy in a parentβs voice or the surprise in their reaction when they realize itβs not a call about anything negativeβitβs priceless. Whether itβs celebrating an act of kindness, academic growth, or just being an all-around wonderful human being, these conversations are a bright spot in the day. To the families Iβve had the privilege of calling: thank you for letting me share in your childβs successes. These moments truly make my day. Way to go Gators! π π
