Seniors and Parents of Seniors
October 1st is the opening of FAFSA. All Texas Seniors must fill out the FAFSA as a graduation requirement. All parents and students should first create an FSA ID at https://studentaid.gov/. Parents and students must create their own account using separate email addresses. The Counselors will be hosting a FAFSA night on Oct 17 to help parents and students complete the process. AVID will also be hosting a night in November and February to help get the process completed. There will be plenty of help around on those nights to answer any questions that may arise. Please make sure that you are getting this done and are listening for announcements in the future about these events.
