Mr. McGowan is very enthusiastic and charismatic. He knows how to encourage students to get their work done while making it fun to learn! He is very popular across campus with both co-workers and students. Daily he encourages students to be great and to do their very best! Mr. McGowan is a positive and influential role model for all students and we are blessed to have him as part of the Tyler High School family!

Mrs. Sharla Cravens is always pleasant even if she is overwhelmed. She will stop what she is doing to help the person in front of her. She works tirelessly and without complaint. Ms. Cravens is always friendly, helpful, and a very professional person in any situation. She is truly a blessing to Tyler High and is deserving of recognition!

What can be said about Mrs. Renney? One teacher summed it up by saying…. “She handles EVERYTHING!” Not only does she “handle everything” but she does it with a smile! Mrs. Renney is consistently positive. If she is ever overwhelmed by her very demanding job she never shows it. If no one else in the school has the answer Mrs. Renney does! She is always warm and inviting and reacts professionally at all times!
