Esmeralda Espiricueta, Freshman
Esmeralda is a student who strives for excellence in everything that she does whether it is in the classroom, on the court, or in the stands playing in the Big Blue Band. Her integrity holds her to a high standard. She demonstrates respect towards her teachers, her peers and herself by using positive language and coming to class prepared to learn. Her perseverance to keep moving forward has led her to grow in self-discipline which is reflected by mastering content in her classes. Esmeralda is Lion P.R.I.D.E.
Yulissa Flores, Sophomore
Yulissa is always positive, tries her best in class and is always willing to help others. She is a pleasure to have in class. She always has a positive attitude toward new challenges even in learning a foreign language. She gets along with everyone and is always willing to try something new. She is a very enthusiastic and hard-working student . Yulissa demonstrates a high level of accountability in all the work that she does in school.
Samora Hines, Junior
Samora is the kind of student every teacher wants and needs in a classroom. She is the type of student who sets good examples in the class. She is always on time, very respectful and a well-educated lady. Her excellent work ethic is evidence that she truly cares about her education. Samora’s positive attitude guarantees her a bright future ahead!
Shakayla Hill, Senior
Shakayla Hill is an amazing student. She is very hard-working and loves to be involved in many things. Even though she is in several extracurricular activities she has not let that affect her grades. She takes the challenges that come her way and runs with them with a fire to do the absolute best. She is always willing to be a leader or to just help someone who is struggling in any way that she can. Shakayla is an absolute joy to have in class and will do great things in her life!!!!
