Mrs. Felicitas Ruiz is the happy face everyone sees when they walk in the front door of Tyler High School. Her personality is bubbly and happy as she welcomes students and parents onto campus. Mrs. Ruiz is very professional, dependable and efficient in everything that she does. She is genuine and always willing to help.
