Over thirty Tyler High School student volunteers were on hand for the Health Occupations Students of America (HOSA) blood drive benefiting Carter BloodCare.
One hundred and thirty-eight donors attended the campus event. Thanks to the HOSA students' efforts, our community donated three hundred life-saving treatments.
Students also did fundraising to provide a nice lunch for the Carter BloodCare employees. Tyler High School Anatomy and Physiology Instructor Mr. Steve Neidrauer said it would be a tradition they will continue.
