Pujol and class

Mrs. Pujolโ€™s Pre-K class recently celebrated the arrival of fall with an exciting hands-on learning experience that engaged all five senses. The students embraced the season by exploring the vibrant colors of autumn leaves, marveling at shades of red, orange, and yellow that decorated the playground.

The children were so curious about everything around them. They encouraged them to not only see the beauty of the leaves but to feel their texture and hear the delightful crunch they make when stepped on.

In addition to their outdoor explorations, the young learners indulged in the scents and tastes of fall fruits. As they sampled these seasonal treats, students enthusiastically described their flavors, contributing to a lively vocabulary lesson that emphasized words like โ€œcrisp,โ€ โ€œsweet,โ€ and โ€œspicy.โ€

To further enrich their learning experience, the children practiced their handwriting by copying the names of their favorite fruits. This activity seamlessly combined fine motor skills with literacy development, reinforcing the letters they had been studying in recent weeks.

Itโ€™s amazing to see how much theyโ€™re absorbing while having fun. As the classroom buzzed with laughter and discovery, it became clear that for these Pre-K students, learning is not just importantโ€”itโ€™s a delightful adventure in every season!
