🐥✨ Duck Races in 4th Grade! ✨🐥 Mrs. Craft’s class had a blast today racing through their reading with a fun Duck Races activity! 🚤🦆 Students worked together to: 📖 Read passages carefully ✍️ Create “think sheets” 💬 Share answers using sentence stems like “I think the answer is ___ because…” and “I agree/disagree because…” It was incredible watching them collaborate, explain their thinking, and cheer each other on with their duck teammates. 🏆💡 Way to go, 4th graders—you’re racing toward stronger comprehension and teamwork every day! 🌟👏 #DuckRaces #4thGradeReaders #TeamworkInAction #CraftsCrew

📏🤟 Pre-K Deaf Ed Fun with Measuring & Counting! 🤟📏 Our little learners explored math in such a hands-on way! Students practiced measuring using a real-life “measurement tool” (one of our teachers! 🙌) and counted objects one by one to see how long she was. 💡 Activities like this help students: ✨ Build number sense through counting ✨ Understand measurement in a concrete way ✨ Strengthen math vocabulary and concepts ✨ Stay engaged with real-life, playful learning The best part? Our students were smiling, signing, and learning all at once. 💕 So proud of their curiosity and excitement! So proud of Mrs. Becker's Pre-K class :) #PreKDeafEd #HandsOnLearning #CountingFun #MeasuringInMath #LearningThroughPlay

📚✨ Math Fun in Kindergarten! ✨📚 Today our kinders worked hard on composing and decomposing numbers up to 6! 🎲🧮 Using number bond mats, counters, and number cards, students practiced breaking numbers apart and putting them back together in different ways. 💡 For example, we learned that 6 can be made with 4 + 2, 5 + 1, or even 3 + 3! The kids loved exploring all the possibilities and seeing how numbers work together. This hands-on activity helps build a strong foundation for addition, subtraction, and flexible thinking with numbers. 🌟 So proud of our little mathematicians for diving in and having fun while learning! 💕 Way to go Mrs. Busby’s class! #KindergartenMath #NumberBonds #HandsOnLearning #ComposingNumbers #DecomposingNumbers #MathIsFun #FutureProblemSolvers.

Wild about being on time for school! We enjoyed a day of animals and animal prints! Even small tardies add up! A few minutes late each morning can equal hours of lost reading, math, and learning time. Please make sure your student is here by 7:50am, daily. #AttendanceAwareness
