π Leaders of the Week! π
This week, we are celebrating students who demonstrated Habit #5: Seek First to Understand, Then to Be Understood. ππ Today our top 5 classes reading the most minutes for Read-a-Thon so far had such a special treat!
We welcomed guest reader Dory and her feathery friend Joan the chicken. π Dory shared her book βAll About Joanβ with the students, and Joan was the star of the show! After the reading, students even got the chance to pet Joan on their way out. π₯°
Flyers went home with these students with more information about purchasing the book or learning about Doryβs garden. If you didnβt get one, you can also pick up a flyer from Ms. Williams.
