🌟 Leaders of the Week! 🌟
This week, we are celebrating students who demonstrated Habit #5: Seek First to Understand, Then to Be Understood. These leaders take the time to listen carefully, show empathy toward others and communicate respectfully. They remind us that understanding comes first and that kindness and respect go a long way! πŸ’›

πŸ“πŸ“š Today our top 5 classes reading the most minutes for Read-a-Thon so far had such a special treat!

We welcomed guest reader Dory and her feathery friend Joan the chicken. πŸ” Dory shared her book β€œAll About Joan” with the students, and Joan was the star of the show! After the reading, students even got the chance to pet Joan on their way out. πŸ₯°

Flyers went home with these students with more information about purchasing the book or learning about Dory’s garden. If you didn’t get one, you can also pick up a flyer from Ms. Williams.

What an unforgettable way to celebrate reading together! β€οΈπŸ“–
