Please join us, this Friday March 11th to watch our wonderful students perform our One Act Play "Shipwrecked! An Entertainment" by Donald Margulies. The performance will start at 7 p.m. and is free. For the first time ever, this will be a joint performance with Tyler Legacy High School, who will also perform the same night. So, you get 2 shows for free!

We would like to congratulate all of our students that participated in VASE on Saturday 2/26/2022. In all Region, a 4 rating, we had: 19 students in Division I, 5 students in Division II, 3 students in Division III, and 4 students in Division IV.
The four students that made it to State are: Antonio Moore and Lemon Honzel in Division I, Alaliyah Iglesias in Division III, and Dorismar Rosales in Division IV.
We are very proud of them and all of their work that they put into their art!


This past Saturday our Tyler High School Orchestra participated in UIL Solo and Ensembel contest. Not only did they participate, our school hosted the event for Region 4 and Region 21 combined.

Tyler High School competed at the East Texas Robotics & Coding Competition today and won 1st place with 480 points! Team members include Juan Miguel Trujillo, Juan Jose Trujillo, Nathan Gutierrez, and Joshua Luna (not pictured)




The Tyler Highβs CTE Department sends a BIG Congratulations to our own Mrs. Sharmecia Jackson for being selected and honored as the TASBEβs 2022 Teacher of the Year! TASBEβs is a state association and national organization. Good luck in the next round Mrs. Jackson!

Tyler High JROTC received the Honor Unit with Distintion award which only 10% of JROTC's have received.




On behalf of the Great American Rivalry Series, we would like to congratulate Kameron Key on being selected as a Scholar-Athlete! His achievement was honored by the Pro Football Hall of Fame! Well done!

We are proud to announce we earned first and third place at the Stock Market Challenge. All of our participants worked hard and it definitely showed. Congratulations to our teams who are advancing to the national competition!
